PRIVACY POLICY
1. This Privacy Policy establishes the terms of processing and protection of the personal data provided by the user in relation to their use of the services offered by the website Jeziorowskie16.pl (hereinafter: Website)
2. The controller of the personal data on the Website jest Centrum Prawa Żywnościowego A.Szymecka-Wesołowska, D.Szostek sp.j. ul. Wiejska 17/6, 00-480 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP taxpayer identification number: 9512361131 (hereinafter: Controller).

With consideration of the security of the entrusted personal data, the Controller acts pursuant to internal procedures and recommendations and in accordance with appropriate legal acts in scope of personal data security, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. The Controller takes due diligence in order to protect the interests of the data holders, specifically ensures that the personal data:
- is processed in a legal fashion;
- is collected for designated and legal purposes and not subject to further processing inconsistent with said purposes;
- is appropriate and adequate in content to the processing purposes;
- is stored in format preventing identification of the data holders over time not exceeding achievement of the processing purpose.
5. The personal data is processed according to the consent expressed by the users of the Website and in instances where provisions of the effective law authorise the Controller to process personal data.
6. The Controller processes the personal data provided voluntarily by the users of the Website for the following purposes only:
- response to inquiries of the users made through the contact form,
- accepting reservations through the online reservation system,
- provide the services of the Controller pursuant to GDPR art. 6 section 1 point b),
- marketing, including distribution of commercial information to e-mail addresses if the Client has granted consent to such by checking the appropriate box during the reservation process or when placing an inquiry through the contact form. Consent to data processing for purposes of marketing and to distribution of commercial information may be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in a received e-mail or reporting such a request to the e-mail address of the Controller,
- legitimate interests of the personal data Controller in specific instances pursuant to GDPR art. 6 section 1 point f), e.g. debt connection or visual monitoring of traffic within the premises.

The personal data may be shared with authorities, institutions, and entities authorised under provisions of the law as well as entities providing services to the data Controller (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, and accounting services) and other entities involved in performance of the ordered service.
8. The Controller may use an automated decision-making system, including profiling, for purposes of marketing and offer personalisation.
9. The user of the Website has the right to access the data provided by said user for processing by the Controller. The user also has the right to modify said data, request its deletion, and request restriction or discontinuation of its processing at any time. The user can also request deletion of said data from the Website at any time. The right to data portability is not applicable as no standard for exchange of the data in question between hotel establishments has been established.
10. The user of the Website has the right to withdraw consent at any time with no effect on the legality of processing performed pursuant to said consent prior to its withdrawal.
11. In order to exercise the rights as specified in point 8 above, the user of the Website should contact the Controller at rezerwacja@jeziorowskie16.pl using the same e-mail address or telephone number as that entered on the Website.
12. All users of the Website have the right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office.
13. The Controller collects the information on users and their behaviours as follows:
- from information entered voluntarily in the forms,
